1."International Freight Forwarding License"

It is approved by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of The People's Republic of China, Normally it is called "A Class Freight Forwarder License " in the market. Under this license, forwarding company is legal to be booking agent of clients to operate following business;

----·Warehousing Business
----·Customs Clearance Business
----·Cargo Insurance
----·Trucking Business
----·Consultation

2."NVOCC License"

This is the license approved by the Ministry of Communication of The People's Republic of China which was implemented from the beginning of year 2002, under rules of NVOCC License, forwarding company is legal to run:

----·To Be NVOCC (Non-Vessel-Operating Common Carrier)
----·Sign Contract with VOCC
----·Issue Own House Bill of Loading
----·As Agent to Issue Overseas NVOCC's House Bill of Loading
